Abraham Zlatin, O.D., F.O.A.A.

Dr. Zlatin is the owner and founder of Eye Q Optometrist. He holds a B.A. From the State University of Oneonta and a Doctorate from the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Zlatin is a longstanding member of the American Optometric Association and the New York State Optometric Association. Dr. Zlatin is also a proud member of the Orthokeratology Academy of America. He is New York States first and only Fellowship trained Orthokeratologist. In 2002 he became one of the first doctors to be FDA Certified in the procedure of Corneal Refractive Therapy. Dr. Zlatin's patient care interests include specialty contact lenses and pediatric eye care. He is a provider for the InfantSee program, which affords all infants between the ages of 6 and 12 months a comprehensive eye examination at no charge to the family. Dr. Zlatin provides for the Treatment and Management of Eye Disease ans Visual Disorders for patients of all ages. He is fluent in Hebrew and English.

Silgi Philip, O.D.

Dr. Philip is an associate of Eye Q Optometrist. She holds a B.S. from the State University of Albany and a Doctorate from SUNY College of Optometry. Dr. Philip is a member of the American Optometric Association and the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Philip has completed her residency training at the Hudson Valley VA Health Clinic concentrating on primary care and ocular disease. She is currently undergoing the process of completing her fellowship for the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Philip provides eye care for all patients of all ages.
